Tennis League Network, LLC, dba TennisSF.com (TLN) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (Policy) applies when you use our services (described below). Please read the following to learn more about our Policy..

Changes to this Privacy Policy

TLN (“We” or “Us” or “Our”) may update this policy. We will NOT notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your TLN account. If we make material changes to the Policy, we will provide notice through our services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. You acknowledge that your continued use of our services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Privacy Policy means that the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to the updated Policy.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Policy covers how TLN collects and receives, including information related to your past use of TLN products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that TLN or any other Tennis League Network affiliate (found at http://www.tennisleaguenetwork.com) does not own or control, or to people that TLN does not employ or manage.

TLN collects personal information when you register with TLN. TLN may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, gender, and zip code. Once you register with TLN and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Your profile is fully visible to all members and customers of our services. If you sign up for a paid service, you will need to provide payment (e.g., credit card) and billing information.

TLN collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners.

TLN only allows players who are 18 or older to participate in the league unless they are accompanied by a parent.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

TLN does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with TLN under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help TLN communicate with you about offers from TLN and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

We will share your personal data with our affiliates to provide and develop our services. We may combine information internally across the different services covered by this Policy to help our services be more relevant and useful to you and others.

We can also share your personal data as part of a sale, merger or change in control, or in preparation for any of these events. Any other entity which buys us or part of our business will have the right to continue to use your data, but only in the manner set out in this Policy unless you agree otherwise. In this event, TLN will notify you when information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

TLN displays targeted advertisements based on your personal information called sponsored content, which look similar to non-sponsored content, except that they are labeled “ads” or “sponsored.” If you take an action (such as like, comment or share) on these ads, your action is associated with your name and viewable by others, including the advertiser. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria.

TLN does not provide any personal information to any third-party advertisers or ad networks when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, if you view or click on an ad on or off our site or apps, the ad provider will get a signal that someone visited the page that displayed the ad, and they may through the use of mechanisms such as cookies determine it is you. By interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad. Advertising partners can associate personal data collected by the advertiser directly from you. In such instances, we seek to contractually require such advertising partners to obtain your explicit, opt-in consent before doing so.

TLN works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

You will be given an opportunity to accept the use of cookies before your first visit to a site. After you are given a fair notice to opt-in, be aware that continuing to browse can be valid consent to the use of cookies.
